"a student formerly known as..." was an event series I co-organized at the University of Arts and Design Karlsruhe. We invited alumni to speak openly about their journeys after graduation, sharing the raw realities of building a creative career. They opened up about all the unexpected turns, moments of doubt, and the ways they’ve redefined success over time.
These honest conversations offered current students rare insights, practical advice, and a much-needed sense of connection to life beyond university. To anchor the visual identity of the series, each guest was featured through a dedicated poster incorporating unique style elements from their own practice, alongside a publication highlighting their work and story.
